*Side note: The first 5 pictures have already been documented. I just had to include them in my summer review post, well, because these events were also apart of our summer.
We kicked off summer, like the day after Chase finished finals in April, with Jill (my sister) and Caleb's wedding, which was a not so summery day as it was rainy, snowy, freezing, and windy. Still a good day and the official start of our summer!
The Boyce/Robinson/Orgill clan really kicked summer off though with the best trip to Kauai, Hawaii. Take me back!

Ashton and I spent a weekend at Jordan (my brother) and Nicole's house in Spanish Fork. Ashton and Stockton are becoming good buddies now that Stockty (what Ash calls him) is walking.
A weekend spent in Beaver while Chase helped his grandpa with some work. This swing... Ashton never wants to get out and he just keeps saying "faster faster"
Second Lake Powell trip over Independence Day. We had just got some Waverunners, so we of course had to take them for their first ride! Ash loves the "je-ki"
The weekend prior to the 24th of July, all the Robinson siblings came to St. George and Beaver to be together for a few days. We started the holiday weekend off by doing some water games and slip-n-slides in St. George. Ashton's face, by the way, on the slide makes me laugh out loud every time I see it.
Then onto Beaver where we always go to the parade and fair. Chase did the traditional Beaver 24th races growing up as a kid, so of course, we had to have Ashton do it. He was in the 2 year old group, and his determined face is the cutest thing I've ever seen! Also, Chase's birthday is July 26, so we did our annual celebration in Beaver for his birthday. I love my cowboy!
We went home from Beaver and a day later we turned around and headed to Lake Powell for our big trip of the year. Ever since before I was even born, my dad and mom, my dad's cousin Marty and his wife, and their best friends Curt and his wife would go to Lake Powell together. The tradition has continued for (I think) 28 years. We all talked about how fun it is now that we are still making the effort to continue the tradition now as all us kids are growing up and starting families of our own! It's always the best trip! My sister, our two best friends (Kristalyn and Aubrianne), and I would grow up talking about going to Powell with our husbands and kids. Now here we are. all married. I have almost 2 kids and Kristalyn is expecting her first just 5 weeks after me. It's so fun!

All my siblings headed to St. George to hang out one more time before school started up again for whoever's in school and to celebrate the August birthdays (Ashton-2, Grandma-80, Jill-21). The girls went to Tuacahn's Newsies, then the next day we all went to the Lake to take the Waverunners and X2 Jet Ski's out for a bit, then we had a BBQ. Great weekend! So great, that no one even thought about taking pictures, so this is the only one I got.
What an eventful summer! It is now September 1st and we are ready for fall- cooler, crisp weather, fall decor, hunting/camping season, Halloween, the arrival of baby sister, and the holidays! Chase has had his first week of school. The last semester before he graduates with his double major in Finance and Accounting. It's going to be a way busy one, but it's so close to the end! Great things are ahead!
