10 Months

Time is flying. Ashton is 10 months old, and that just blows my mind that he will be 1 in two short months. Ash gets more fun, busy, messy, and everything else as he gets older. It's amazing how smart he is and is getting. I love seeing him learn new things and seeing his excitement for life and the little things. At 10 months, here is a little bit about our little guy...

Likes:
-Clicking his tongue and grinding his teeth
-Sleeping on his belly
-Watching himself in videos and pictures
-Sleeping and snuggling with mom
-Crossing his ankles
-Jumping and playing in piles of pillows
-Dropping something off the couch or bed so we dip him by his feet to pick it up. He laughs and laughs when he is upside down. He will just lunge off the bed, even if no one is holding onto him
-Apple juice
-Using his clothes and hair as a napkin. Baths are necessary daily now

Dislikes:
-Strangers who want to hold him. That stranger danger and separation anxiety is an intense thing
-Hates his toes being touched
-Egg whites and raspberries
-Drinking water, but we are working on that

Milestones:
-Can fetch
-Leans in for a kiss when I pucker up and say kisses
-Got his two front teeth, which now makes that 4 teeth, and is maybe starting to get number 5
-Can do a fish face
-New favorite word is "dad" or "dada" or "dadadadada"
-Hits his head on mine when I say "bonk"
-Clasps his hands when we say "prayers"
-Can kind of throw a ball
-Points at everything
-Puts his hands up in the air when I say "big boy"
-Opens and closes his jaw when I tell him to chew
-We finished nursing, and it's going great
-Finally put him in a pair of shoes for the first time, and he hates them
(Just look at those little teeth and that tooth gap. Obsessed)
