January & February

Wow. I used to be so good at keeping up on my blog, but it just seems like such a chore lately. Since 2015 and the Spring semester began, so many crazy things have happened. Here are some of my favorite moments from January and February.

January is now one of my favorite months. Why? Because this is the month that Chase and I sealed the deal! This January was our 1 year anniversary! It was a pretty great, crazy year. BUT, just wait... year 2 will be even crazier.

So for our anniversary, we did a little repeat of our honeymoon and went to Vegas for a couple of days. We stayed at the Stratosphere, went to a show, had excellent food, and just had fun being away for a bit.

One Friday after school, we decided to escape from this loser world and go have an evening on the mountain. It's not so warm outside so we loaded up some blankets and pillows to stay inside the truck, and for enjoyment, we obviously had to bring Seinfeld to watch and eat pizza and salad. It was the best idea I ever had.

February was a full month; a lot happened. To start off the month, the weather was amazing. It was in the 60's the first half of the month... then it struck. Within two weeks Cedar got like 2-3 feet of snow. It was insane, but so pretty.

So I'm sure it's all out in the open now because we announced it a month ago, but I AM HAVING A BABY!! It's the craziest thing. Being a mom is all I have ever wanted to do and it's happening. I feel like I am starting my dream job. So our little baby will be here by the end of August, which makes me 18 weeks (tomorrow). Also, we have decided to not find out the gender of our baby. We can't wait for this! So excited! (Warning: Due to my pregnancy, I am a chubby bunny. So for the next several months, ignore my chunkiness)

Also, my best friend since like forever is getting married! She got engaged in St. George and so we got to see them that night after it all happened, and I got to announce to her and her family that I have a baby coming! We are growing up!

To finish off February, my brother-in-law, Chase's brother, came home from his mission. He left six months before Chase got home from his so it's been almost four years since they've seen each other. Chase's siblings are all starting to move away and we don't all get together that often. So this is the first time in almost four years that the whole Robinson family was together (and now that they have more people due to spouses and babies). It was fun to be with everyone and see Chase and Cooper together.

March will be up next so stay tuned.

Love,

Chase, me, and baby
