Lake Powell Round 1

A couple weeks ago, we took a last minute overnight trip to Powell with just my parents, Chase, Ashton, and me. It was a little/lot windy so it was just kind of a quick, chill trip, but it was great to get out on the water finally this year! Even though I can't do anything (pregnancy), it's just so great to be there, and on the boat. We got lucky last second and discovered no one was on the houseboat that night so we got to sleep and eat there. I'm trying to remember how we survived without a houseboat for all those years, it makes Powell so much easier and it's so nice to be able to get out of the heat and have more space. For years my family has just slept on our boat, but as our family has been growing, a houseboat was necessary! We love this place so much! Can't wait until Powell round 2 over the 4th of July!
